Daily and Scheduled Cleaning Services
Terms: Net 15 Days
The invoice for routine cleaning services are invoiced on the 15th of each month with 15 days period to remit payment.

One Time Cleaning Services
Terms: Cash On Delivery
Because each type of business payment can be different, payment terms may be necessary. Please call us to qualify for extended payment terms or explore other available payment options.

Should payment of any invoice not be received by Pro Tex Cleaning & Restoration Corporation by the due date listed on invoice, Pro Tex Cleaning & Restoration Corporation will impose a debt service charge equal to one and one-half percent (1.5%) of the overdue balance for each month or fraction thereof the overdue amount remains unpaid.

Aging overdue balances will be transferred to a 3rd party collection agency for payment collection. Pro Tex Cleaning Services reserves the right to halt services if payment becomes delinquent.
