Welcome to our stone care page of the website. When we talk "Stone", we are referring to dimensional stone. A brief definition of stone would be any rock that is processed by being cut in a geometrical form and employed for building or ornamental purposes. The most popular examples of dimensional stone are granite, marble, travertine, sandstone, limestone and slate.

In the past two centuries the United States has become the largest user of dimensional stone in the world. The reason for this is that marble, granite and the like has become available in ready-to-use items such as tiles and slabs prefinished by the factory on one side. Highly sought, affordable and easy to sell and install.

The stone care professional of yesterday isn't needed anymore! Or is he? The traditional source (the janitorial industry) for stone care surfaces such as floors, walls and etc. turned out to be unable to handle the specialized maintenance requirements of natural stone.
