Most new potential clients like to know how and when we conduct our services so we have outlined a basic list of how our internal organization operates and receives instructions when arriving on job site.

1. ProTex Cleaning Service personnel enters your facility and disarms any alarms and implements any security measures communicating with security companies if applicable.
2. Next, our personnel calls into our corporate office to report for duty. This is our first interaction with our staff so we may record their start time and inform them of any special or additional tasks to be competed.
3. Cleaning duties are then completed according to specifications and exercise cleaning tasks as per their formal training.
4. During or near ending the final completion of cleaning tasks, management inspects and makes any improvements if necessary and advises of such improvements with employee.
5. Upon completion of cleaning tasks, employees call our corporate offices to report off from duty.
6. Office facility is closed and secured as per customer’s guidelines.
